Steel Jackdaw supports two great causes as part of its ethos of doing good.
The magazine supports two charities, one international, the other local.
ClientEarth is an environmental charity with a unique approach - using the law to create powerful change and a future where people and planet thrive together.
The Nelson Trust is a Gloucestershire, UK-based charity that brings belief, hope and long-term recovery to people whose lives have been torn apart by addiction and the multiple and complex needs that come with it. They provide residential addiction treatment to men and women.
By supporting these two charities, Steel Jackdaw is contributing to positive environmental action and social care.
All proceeds from the launch edition will be donated equally to them.
Steel Jackdaw’s quarterly magazines will donate a percentage of 10% of submission payments and eBook sales to both causes. 5% will go to each charity. Over time, this percentage may increase due to the magazines success, or through additional fundraising activities.
